UFC heavyweight Yorgan De Castro (6-2) caught up with us to chat about what life has been like since we saw him compete last. Yorgan, of course, previewed his next contest going down April 10th when he meets Jarjis Danho (5-1-1).
De Castro discussed his last two fights which resulted in losses to Greg Hardy and Carlos Felipe as well as what he learned from the only setbacks of his professional career.
De Castro is moving on with plans to be the best version of himself come April when we see him grace the octagon next.
