The UFC’s plans for the September 4 card included Europe, but it looks like London, England is on hold for the time being.
News of the location switch was first reported by MMA Fighting‘s Guilherme Cruz. Of course, the news is upsetting considering the promotion recently signed the very popular Liverpool native Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett. While many believed he would be featured on the London card with Darren Till taking on Derek Brunson, it appears that will not be the case. As it stands, Pimblett will now make his UFC debut in North America within the UFC Apex Facility.

In addition to confirming the location change, according to multiple sources, Cruz also announced that Ariane Lipski will replace flyweight Talia Santos in a fight against Mandy Bohm on the Sept. 4 card destined for “Sin City”. Santos was unable to travel due to visa issues.
The “Queen Of Violence” is coming off back-to-back ground and pound losses, so hopefully the flyweight has shored up those discrepancies. Following her last bout in June against Montana De La Rosa it was clear she needed to work on her ground defense even though her striking is quite polished. With her back against the wall, many expect the 27-year old Brazilian to come out throwing BOLOs.
Opposite to Lipski will be Bohm who is making her UFC debut after a dominant win in Bellator against Griet Eeckhout. With an unbeaten record of 7-0, this fight will definitely deliver while flying under the radar.
