The unbeaten Natan Levy returns to action against Rafa Garcia at a UFC event on November 20.
News of the reported match-up was first revealed by sources at MMA Junkie. Since an announcement has yet to be made official by the UFC, the sources asked to remain anonymous. Garcia will look to earn his first Octagon win after his last two showings in the UFC have been lackluster losses. In March, Garcia was tasked with a tough UFC debut.
The 27-year old was paired with Nasrat Haqparast but fell short in a unanimous decision defeat back in March. Then, trying to get back into the win column, he faced the tough Chris Gruetzemacher. While Garcia had his moments, the result saw Gruetzemacher get his hand raised with a unanimous decision victory.
With two back-to-back losses, there is definitely a chance that Garcia could see his pink slips from the company if he isn’t able to pick up his first win in the UFC.
Levy is 29-years old and fighting out of a solid camp in Syndicate MMA. The Israel native is unbeaten and made big waves with his emphatic finish on the Dana White Contender Series in November of 2020. In round three, Levy put the pedal to the medal to earn his contract and finished the fight with a nasty air-tight arm-triangle choke submission.
The Syndicate MMA-based fighter cut his teeth on the Legacy Fighting Alliance circuit so it’s safe to say that he has seen a lot of different looks as he heads into his first official UFC fight.
With the addition of Rafa Garcia vs. Natan Levy, here is an up-to-date lineup for the UFC event on November 20:
