Following the mayhem that was UFC Vegas 22 with Derek Brunson headlining against Kevin Holland, the wrestler cashed out big time. In the wake of UFC Vegas 22, fighters gave their thoughts on social media about what went down.

Strong performance from Brunson tn. The man just gets better and better, at 37!
Holland , IMO, is just happy to be making money. Doing what he’s doing, is a win in life for him. He’s happy to be there with a chance provide and change his life. No shame in that! #UFCVegas22

All in all, the UFC event held ten fights with four of them going to a decision. Here are some of the reactions fighters had afterward to the fights that demanded attention.

Montserrat Ruiz Def. Cheyanne Buys

Despite the four decisions, many of them were thrilling fights and fans even witnessed bad blood boil over after Ruiz wrestled her way to victory against Cheyanne (on short notice).

Specifically, Ruiz held Buys down most of the fight but effectively maintained top position the majority of the bout. However, as a shock to many, it appeared at the sound of the final horn, Ruiz made a spitting gesture at Buys, and the two strawweights got into a brawl.

I’ll follow you home b**** 😂 I’m done. Learn how to defend that head and arm first 😂 #UFCVegas22

Adrian Yanez Cleans Gustavo Lopez’s Clock In Round 3

I think Yanez is the real deal. Man, there’d no shortage of talent at Bantamweight. I think he gets a Top 15 guy next. Super impressive. https://t.co/DkPjiuc5nd

In the end, most of the attention was on “Big Mouth” and seeing if he could stretch his streak to 6-0, but once again Brunson took the mojo from another young buck. Brunson’s poise and composure won him the fight–and of course, the calculated striking and the skills of the 3-time Division II All-American wrestler definitely assisted in the win.
