Youtube sensation and rising combat star Jake Paul is hedging his bet with an automatic rematch clause against Tyron Woodley.
Malki Kawa is Woodley’s manager. In particular, negotiations were discussed so that there is an automatic rematch in their contracts. Of course, Paul and Woodley are set to face each other on August 28.
Compared to his last fight against Ben Askren, certainly, the bout with Tyron Woodley could be more competitive. Additionally, it’s a stiff test for the 3-0 YouTube/boxing star, who will attempt to compile a perfect 4-0 record.
I hope everyone’s having a good fucking day
If you’re having a bad day just remember you could be Ben Askren!

“I hope everyone’s having a good fucking day If you’re having a bad day just remember you could be Ben Askren!” Paul posted.
As the trash talk begins, Woodley’s manager came out and discussed the negotiations leading into the fight. Revealing to sources at MMA Fighting, Woodley’s manager Kawa expressed that the Paul team was adamant about the rematch.
“Jake Paul’s team negotiated an automatic rematch clause,” Kawa revealed to MMAFighting. “That’s how much this is a scary fight to them. If we win this fight, if Jake Paul wants it, then we have to run it back with him.” Malki Kawa said regarding the Jake Paul matchup with Woodley.
Former welterweight champion Woodley understands that he is in line for a huge payday. However, the UFC fighter realizes there is more on the table. Specifically, the former champion knows he is fighting for more than just a payday. The former champ also has a chance to solidify his legendary status as a combat athlete. Furthermore, Woodley is ready to avenge the loss of his close friend and training partner Askren.
Woodley is coming off a four-fight losing skid. Despite the failure to win, Woodley’s last performance against Vicente Luque displayed shades of the old “The Chosen One”.
