Coming from the Biloxi Civic Center in Biloxi, Mississippi is another edition of Bare Knuckle FC Friday night. With a fun-filled four-fight main card, the main event has a last-minute card change while the co-main event features a battle between the United States and England. In heavyweight division action, Bridgwater’s own Mark Godbeer (2-0 Bare Knuckle, 0-0 BKFC) has been replaced by Bobo O’Bannon due to testing positive for COVID-19. He will face off against Gracious Mills, Missouri’s own Sam Shewmaker (BKFC 4-2-1). The two heavyweight combatants pack a punch heading into the big event. Shewmaker holds the edge in experience, while Godbeer has MMA experience in both the UFC and Bellator MMA. O’Bannon defeated Mike Kyle at Toe The Line 2 back in October this year.

The co-main involves featherweights Ely native Tyler Goodjohn (13-5 Boxing) and Ocala, Florida’s own Charles Bennett (30-41-2 MMA, 0-2 BKFC), who is looking for his first BKFC victory. With 73 fights in mixed martial arts, he holds the combat sports edge over Goodjohn, who has boxing experience, but with no other option but punching, he’s in a more comfortable hybrid.
Former Bellator MMA fighter Josh Burns (8-9 MMA, 0-0 BKFC) makes his debut against Chris Sarro 1-0 MMA, 2-0 BKFC), who looks to win his third fight toeing the line in Biloxi at heavyweight. In the women’s strawweight competition, Jenny Clausius (3-4 MMA, 0-0) enters BKFC for the first time against Sheena Brandenburg (0-4 MMA, 1-1 BKFC) who looks to bring her record above .500 in the promotion.
The event will air on BKFC.tv Friday night at 7 PM ET/4 PM PT.
