17-year old Bella Mir, daughter of MMA legend Frank, has scheduled the second fight of her career with the iKON Fighting Federation. The sophomore match will be against Alma Cespedes in the women’s featherweight competition. Next Friday night at the Marinaterra Hotel & Spa in San Carlos, Mexico will be the site of the event where Mir will look to improve her record to 2-0 while Cespedes is at 0-2, seeking her first win. The fight will come two weeks before Christmas. It would be a big gift to give herself a win for the holidays and her birthday as 2020 is at its home stretch.

According to Sherdog.com, it is reported that Mir would instead face Amanda Quesia Bragae Silva, who would make her MMA debut on that day. The claim is that Instagram posted that Mir and Cespedes would fight, but no word has officially been made. Per Sherdog, a statement was released by iKON Fighting Federation president Keith Veltre.
“We will close out the year with, by far, our best iKon Fighting Federation card,” said the promotion’s president Keith Veltre. “Bella is the future face of women’s MMA. She’s only 17 but already an incredible athlete and a rising MMA star. The co-feature could be the main event on just about any other card, and the rest of this card is stacked as well.”
Mir defeated Danielle Wynn in her debut at catchweight via unanimous decision by controlling the cage and attempting several submissions before time ran out. iKON 4 can be seen on UFC Fight Pass this Friday night, December 11 at 10 PM ET/7 PM PT.
